Who we are

One company. A focused family of products.

Twinsen designs and builds operational software for teams who carry real accountability: PMOs, consulting firms and organizations running multi-stakeholder initiatives.

We start with one hard problem, solve it properly with the people who live it, and let each product earn its place. PMO Pilot is the first.

One governed workspace for portfolio, delivery, governance and finance.

PMO Pilot replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, email threads and disconnected tools with one place where the people who deliver the work also keep RAID, decisions, meetings and labour current, from initiation to closeout.

  • 18 registers in six module groups, with nothing to bolt on later
  • Approval-based access, with Viewer and Editor grants per module
  • Timesheets and invoices built in, and Client Portal guests are free
  • English and French in the workspace

How we build

Principles that hold up on real projects.

Teams should not have to assemble a project picture from emails, spreadsheets and meeting notes before they can act. Everything we ship follows four rules.

01

One reliable record

Work, risks, decisions and commitments stay connected in one place, instead of scattered across disconnected systems.

02

Governance that helps delivery

Ownership, approvals and follow-up are visible, and the experience stays useful for the people doing the work.

03

Operational first, AI second

We ship real working records before AI claims. AI earns its place on top of data teams already trust.

04

Honest by default

We say what ships today and what is still on the roadmap, and we never market claims we cannot back up.

How grounded AI fits into project work Authorized project records feed an AI assistant at the centre. It prepares status reports, decision follow-up, risk signals and meeting actions, and people review and decide. AI Grounded assistant Status reports Decision follow-up Risk signals Meeting actions Authorized project records in · Drafts out for review People review and decide

Human judgement, better prepared

AI that makes teams more prepared, not less accountable.

  1. 1
    Grounded in project context

AI works from authorized, structured records rather than generic prompts or guesswork.

  2. 2
    Designed for review

Teams review and refine every draft before it becomes project communication or a decision.

  3. 3
    Focused on practical work

Drafting status updates and surfacing overdue actions and aging decisions: the work that eats time today.

RoadmapGrounded AI is on the PMO Pilot roadmap. The governed PMO modules ship today.

Built in Québec

Canadian, bilingual and plain about the details.

A Canadian company

Twinsen Inc. is incorporated in Canada and based in Montréal, Québec.

English and French

The PMO Pilot workspace runs in English and French, so mixed-language teams work in one place.

No inflated claims

We say where data is hosted, and we never market certifications or data residency we do not hold.

Founder

Built by someone who has seen how complex delivery works from the inside.

Samer SalamehFounder, Twinsen Inc.

Twinsen was founded by Samer Salameh to build practical, AI-enabled software for organizations that need clearer operations, stronger delivery control and better decisions.

It started with a familiar frustration: the Monday-morning status scramble. Chasing sign-offs over email, rebuilding a RAID log from memory, reconciling three versions of the same spreadsheet before a steering committee. Every Twinsen product starts from problems like these.
